Hyakuna Baba is surrounded by peaceful energy. The whole place is designed to help people to reflect on themselves. In Ryukyu mythology, the goddess Amamikiyo created the Okinawan islands. It is said to be that Amamikiyo first arrived in the Hyakuna area and started to create the country. Near Hyakuna, there are many historic locations, including Sefa-utaki which is recognized as a World Cultural Heritage site.
